Shipment & Delivery

The shipping cost within the Netherlands are free of charge for orders of EUR 50,00 or more. In case the order amount is less or if you are not living in the Netherlands the shipping cost will automatically be calculated and shown on the Checkout page. The products we ship are well packed and protected. In case of any damages we would like to receive a notification within 3 days after reception of the order. Together we will find a solution how to settle the case.

All packages are send by PostNL, DPD or UPS including Track & Trace.

Returns & Replacements

Distance Selling Regulations gives the customers the right to return the product(s) within 7 days after reception without a clear reason. Although you are not obliged to give a reason we are still very interested to receive any. This allows us to improve our products and services. This is valuable information for us.
